This is a juried exhibit that explores the cultural and emotional significance of food as it relates to identity and human connection. While eating is a universal experience, the what, how, and why behind our food rituals reveal deep cultural roots and personal histories. Co-juried by Sara Anais and Steve Liggett.  


Contemporary Arts of Tulsa (C.A.T.) is a non-profit 501( c )3 organization located in the East End Village District of Downtown Tulsa. We have artist Studio Spaces (Liggett Studios), the Gallery, and a Paper-making Lab. C.A.T. offers a wide range of Tulsa art classes and creative workshops taught by local artists. From drawing and illustration to terrarium design, printmaking, and seasonal craft workshops, our classes are designed for all skill levels—whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist.
